How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard domestic delivery with Australia Post can take between 3-6 business days, after your order has been dispatched.

International parcels with Australia post can take up to 10 business days, after your order has been dispatched.

COVID-19: Australia post is currently experiencing some delays. Please refer to their website for more information. As a result we are not offering express post at this time.

I entered the wrong address in my order! Can I change it?

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct information (e-mail and address) in their order as the order will be shipped to the address provided. Handpipped is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to providing an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us, please note that the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping fee as the original shipping label will be void.

Returns Policy

All sales are final — returns, exchanges and refunds are generally not accepted. Within each item listing, there are detailed descriptions unique to each garment and accessory. Please make sure to read item descriptions before ordering. We do our best to provide accurate measurements and details including any visible flaws in the product description. Examples of imperfections that a vintage or second hand item may include, but are not limited to: pilling, discolourations, small tears, pulls, loose threading, etc.

Every garment listed on the website has been carefully chosen by Pip. All vintage and second hand items are quality garments that have stood the test of time.  We believe that this is what makes vintage items special — the fact that each piece has a history and has gone on its own unique journey. Vintage and secondhand finds are one-of-a-kind pieces and only one of each item is available. Vintage sizing often varies from modern sizes. Some items may not retain their original brand, size and/or material tags. We do our best to suggest a possible size range for each item but these recommendations are not a guarantee. Please refer to approximate measurements that are included in the listings, or email us at pip@handpipped.com if you have any questions about style or fit.
